The hotel staff was extremely accommodating and friendly Maids gave me excellent service and the breakfast was awesome

Everything was great no complaints except for the gate was broken that's about it

Breakfast was just fair Room was okay but mattress wasn't that comfortable Overall signs of hotel getting older and in need of a renovation

Front desk staff went above and beyond when I was checking in. She was friendly, professional and super welcoming.

Extremely clean and staff was really nice. Liked that it had security gates to get into the parking lot.

Beds weren't the best and sheets were scratchy.

Business center available. Breakfast offers variety and facility is clean. Also, shower offers nice hair products.

The beds are too low, not as comfortable as most 2.5 hotels. Employee wouldn't allow late checkouts, even for Reward customers. Not very accommodating.

The bed was comfortable. The room was spacious.

There was a weird odor throughout the hotel especially on the 2nd floor which is where my room was. It smelled wet or like mildew or something. The bathroom could have been cleaner.

Hotel was clean, offered good breakfast choices, and had business center.

For some reason, the hallways began to smell like baby poop. Also, whatever is broken stays broken, no matter how many times you report it. Laundry machines dont work and there is obviously no intention to fix the issue. Won't assist with paperwork.

The staff especially the manager was extremely rude. The evening staff was great and very friendly. The managers were horrible. Myra was unaware I speak spanish and literally said negative things about my family and I to the maids.

I like the cleanliness of this hotel, we can finally take off our shoes and walk on the carpet.I also like the spaciousness of this hotel room, it is very comfortable to work and do homework.

I wish this hotel had more USB charging ports, the pool water could be heated, the room could have some aromatherapy to make it smell better, the toilet had an exhaust fan, it would be better to update the toilet

the price is cheap, and they do not had so many customers

1. they charge for the internet service, while they said they provide free net access. 2. they had a locked parking lot, need to make a phone call. or maybe that area is not peace enough. 3. they had small problems in room. first AC,then pipe

The room was huge. Great water pressure for the shower! It even had shampoo, conditioner AND bath/shower bell in big bottles attached to the tub wall.

There was no luggage rack holder for my suitcase. I had to put it in the floor. Marriotts are know for really comfortable beds and this one was just ok. It wasn¿t super comfortable. I also love that the parking lot was gated.

Staff was very helpful, fast check in.

Would have liked a free hot breakfast.

It¿s very quite in the hallway, you can¿t anyone outside or I side the room. Rooms are a great size and very homey. You have lots of space if you get a room with sofa bed. Tv in the room and tv in the other room with the sofa bed.

I noticed the restroom was not that clean, there was long hairs on the bathroom floors and tub. I didn¿t see a coffeemaker in the room even though the room description said there would be. The breakfast was not good at all. There needs to be a variety.

We have stayed at this hotel several times. The staff are always very helpful, the rooms are clean and there is gated parking.

Pool was little small and with so many guests, we never felt we could get in with any comfort and not be crowded.

A/c was hard to get temperature just right. Walls rather thin we could hear complete conversations from neighbors.
